Users

Within sweetspot's Settings area, selecting Users will display the Users page.

In the Users page, you can see the Users that exist in your sweetspot account. You can use the search bar to search for specific users, and can apply filters with the Filter button. 

The + Add User button allows you to add new Users. For each existing User, you can see:

• Name: The User's name.
• Email: The User's email.
• Role: The User's role can be either Admin (full administrative access) or User (can access conversations but cannot modify any settings or other users).
• Status: The User's status. Active, Inactive, or Pending.
• Last Login: The last time the User logged in.

Clicking the ellipses at the right side of a User entry will give you access to a menu of actions, as applicable to the user and accessible to your own User role:

• Edit user: Edit the User's information.
• Change role: Change the User's role.
• Deactivate user: Deactivate an active User.
• Reactivate user: Reactivate an inactive User.
• Resend invitation: Resend sweetspot invitation to a pending User.
