Upon logging into sweetspot you will be shown your account's Dashboard. The Dashboard contains your AI Agents and navigation items for Settings, and Support.
Within the Dashboard, you can see information about each of your AI Agents:
- Name: The AI Agent's name
- Role: The AI Agent's role
- Skills: The AI Agent's active skills.
- Total tokens used: The total tokens used by the AI Agent over its lifetime.
- View conversations: Allows you to view the conversations users have had with the AI Agent. See here for more details about viewing an AI Agent's conversations.
Clicking the Settings button will take you to the Settings page, where you can view and manage Account and User details.

Clicking the Support button gives you two options: Support Agent and Support Site.
- Support Agent: Opens Hailey, the in-app sweetspot AI Support Agent. You can chat with Hailey to get help with using sweetspot.
- Support Site: Opens the sweetspot support site.
