In your sweetspot Dashboard, you can see your AI Agents.
To view an AI Agent's conversations, click the View Conversations button:
Clicking View Conversations will bring you to a page where you can view the AI Agent's conversations. Use the search, date range, and filter options to narrow down the range of conversations shown.
Use the view toggle to collapse and expand the conversation previews:
Select a conversation to view it in full.
Within this interface, there is an AI Mode toggle. When AI Mode is toggled on, the conversation is being handled by the AI Agent.
A User can toggle AI Mode off to take over the conversation as a human-in-the-loop. The option will display "Manual Mode" when AI Mode is toggled off.
Toggling AI Mode back on will allow the AI Agent to resume handling the conversation.
As Users are reviewing conversations within the sweetspot interface, they can click the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons for each response within a conversation, to indicate whether the response was good or bad. The total good and bad ratings for a conversation's responses will be displayed in the conversation preview in the left sidebar.
Regularly ratings responses and reviewing conversation quality can help you measure an AI Agent's performance and response quality, highlighting successes and uncovering gaps that may need to be filled by additional AI Agent training.
